This standard applies to potato starch obtained by the mechanical processing of potatoes. Potato starch is used in various sectors of the food industry (confectionery, concentrate, meat and dairy, bakery, etc.) as consumer goods; in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry as a filler in tablet drugs and powders, as well as for technical purposes (dextrin production, textile, paper and other industries)
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на картофельный крахмал, получаемый механической переработкой картофеля. Картофельный крахмал применяется в различных отраслях пищевой промышленности (кондитерской, концентратной, мясо-молочной, хлебопекарной и др.) в качестве товара народного потребления; в химико-фармацевтической промышленности в качестве наполнителя в таблетированных лекарственных средствах и присыпках, а также для технических целей (производство декстрина, в текстильной, бумажной и других отраслях промышленности)
