This standard establishes the general requirements for the waste group "waste from water treatment, wastewater treatment and water use" (waste code according to [1] - 940 000 00 00 00 0) - generated at the mechanical, biological and physico-chemical cleaning facilities for surface and underground water, wastewater settlements and related industrial wastewater, and to the products of their processing when used as secondary material resources for the recultivation of disturbed lands, as well as environmental protection requirements. This standard applies to sewage sludge treated using various methods, ensuring their deep dehydration, stabilization and mineralization of organic substances and disinfection, corresponding in their composition and properties to waste of hazard classes for the environment IV and V [2], including . sand from sand traps, sediment of primary sedimentation tanks, excess activated sludge, precipitation from water treatment, and their processing products (composts, soil, ash from burning of sediments, etc.) and other waste that can be used as a material for technical reclamation of disturbed land and as a ground for biological remediation. The standard does not apply to sewage sludge of settlements and industrial wastewaters close in composition, in their composition and properties that correspond to environmental hazard class III, as well as waste from grates, which are delayed during the stage of mechanical water purification
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает общие требования к группе отходов "отходы от водоподготовки, обработки сточных вод и использования воды" (код отходов по [1] - 940 000 00 00 00 0) - образующихся на сооружениях механической, биологической и физико-химической очистки поверхностных и подземных вод, сточных вод поселений и близких к ним по составу производственных сточных вод, и к продуктам их переработки при их использовании в качестве вторичных материальных ресурсов для рекультивации нарушенных земель, а также требования охраны окружающей среды. Настоящий стандарт распространяется на осадки сточных вод, обработанные с применением различных методов, обеспечивающих их глубокое обезвоживание, стабилизацию и минерализацию органических веществ и обеззараживание, соответствующие по своему составу и свойствам отходам классов опасности для окружающей среды IV и V [2], в т.ч. песок из песколовок, осадок первичных отстойников, избыточный активный ил, осадки от водоподготовки, и продукты их переработки (компосты, почвогрунты, зола от сжигания осадков и т.п.) и другие отходы, которые могут быть использованы в качестве материала для технической рекультивации нарушенных земель и в качестве почвогрунтов для биологической рекультивации. Стандарт не распространяется на осадки сточных вод поселений и близких к ним по составу производственных сточных вод, по своему составу и свойствам соответствующие классу опасности для окружающей среды III, а также отбросы с решеток, задерживаемые на стадии механической очистки воды
