Mining equipment. Underground hydromonitors. Safety requirements and test methods
Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time. IUS 9-2014
This standard establishes safety requirements for the design of hydraulic monitors for underground mining. Hydraulic monitors are designed to destroy the coal mass with a stream of water and pulp formation during coal mining by hydromechanization in coal mines, including hazardous gas (methane) and / or dust under the following conditions: - Type 1 atmosphere according to GOST 15150; - relative air humidity at 25 ° С - up to 100%; - ambient temperature - from 40 to 2 ° C; - the angle of inclination of workings from the bottom - not less than 6 °; - coal seam thickness - not less than 0.8 m. The standard does not apply to self-propelled hydro monitors (units) in terms of requirements for self-propelled carts. The standard establishes safety requirements for hydraulic monitors for underground work during their design, manufacture, certification and testing for safety performance. Requirements of the standard are mandatory
