This standard establishes the general technical requirements for personal protective equipment (PPE) against radioactive substances used by rescuers during rescue operations and by the public in emergency situations in areas of radioactive contamination. PPE includes: - means of individual respiratory protection - anti-dust respirators (FP), gas and dust respirators (FGP) and gas masks; - special protective clothing; - foot protection; - hand protection
