This standard establishes the general requirements for the preparation of technical specifications (TK) and their design during the public procurement of medical equipment (MO): X-ray computer tomographs intended for obtaining layer-by-layer images and 3D images (CT). This standard is a private standard in relation to GOST R 55719-2013 “Medical electrical equipment. Requirements for the content and design of technical specifications for the tender documentation for public procurement of high-tech medical equipment. ” This standard applies to bidding on state and municipal procurement MO for the provision of medical care. The standard does not apply to non-public procurement MO
