Молоко и молочные продукты. Методы определения влаги и сухого вещества

Status: Partially canceled in the Russian Federation. Registration information 1730-st dated 11.29.2012 .; IUS 12-2014

The standard applies to milk and dairy products and establishes methods for determining the mass fraction of moisture and dry matter, and also establishes a method for determining the mass concentration of total extract in emulsion liquors (section 2). The standard does not apply to the definition of dry matter and moisture in casein, canned milk, and does not apply to the definition of fat-free dry matter in the mass with fillers.

Стандарт распространяется на молоко и молочные продукты и устанавливает методы определения массовой доли влаги и сухого вещества, а также устанавливает метод определения массовой концентрации общего экстракта в эмульсионных ликерах (раздел 2). Стандарт не распространяется на определение сухого вещества и влаги в казеине, молочных консервах, а также не распространяется на определение обезжиренного сухого вещества в массе с наполнителями.
