This standard establishes the requirements for the development, coordination, adoption, state registration, publication, updating (amendment, revision) and the abolition of state standards of the Russian Federation. The provisions of this standard are subject to application by technical committees for standardization, government bodies, enterprises, entrepreneurs, scientific and technical, engineering societies and other public associations.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает требования к разработке, согласованию, принятию, государственной регистрации, изданию, обновлению (изменению, пересмотру) и отмене государственных стандартов РФ. Положения настоящего стандарта подлежат применению техническими комитетами по стандартизации, государственными органами управления, предприятиями, предпринимателями, научно-техническими, инженерными обществами и другими общественными объединениями
