The standard applies to liquid and dry edible egg products made from edible chicken eggs and intended for food production and marketing. The standard does not apply to edible egg products with additives, with the exception of table salt and sugar.

Стандарт распространяется на жидкие и сухие пищевые яичные продукты, выработанные из пищевых куриных яиц и предназначенные для производства продуктов питания и реализации. Стандарт не распространяется на пищевые яичные продукты с добавками, за исключением пищевой поваренной соли и сахара.
