This standard applies to edible liquid and dry egg mixtures developed from edible dry and liquid egg products (melange, protein and yolk) according to GOST R 53155 with various food additives and intended for food production and marketing. Requirements to ensure product safety are set forth in 4.2.4; 4.2.5, quality requirements - in 4.2.1 - 4.2.3, labeling requirements - in 4.4
