Ambient air quality. Diffusive samplers for the determination of concentrations of gases and vapours. Part 1. General requirements
Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time
This standard establishes the general requirements for the characteristics of diffusion samplers used in determining the content of gases and vapors in ambient air. The established requirements are applicable to diffusion samplers, regardless of the physical nature and intensity of the process being monitored, as well as regardless of the nature of the process of sorption and analysis. This standard applies to all stages of the procedure for measuring the content of gases and vapors, including placement of the sampler, transportation and storage of the sample, if necessary. This standard applies to measurement procedures with separate sampling and analysis steps, as well as indicator tubes with passive sampling.
