This standard applies to the state primary standard and the state verification scheme for measuring the electrical capacitance in the range from 10 to 1000 pF and the loss tangent (a dimensionless quantity) in the range from 0 to 0.1 at a high alternating current voltage of industrial frequency in the range from 1 up to 500 kV. This standard establishes the procedure for transferring units of electrical capacitance - farad - and loss tangent - a dimensionless quantity - from a state primary special standard using secondary standards to working measuring instruments at high voltage of alternating current of industrial frequency in accordance with a verification scheme (Appendix A) indicating errors (uncertainties) and basic methods of verification (calibration)
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на государственный первичный эталон и государственную поверочную схему для средств измерений электрической емкости в диапазоне от 10 до 1000 пФ и тангенса угла потерь (безразмерная величина) в диапазоне от 0 до 0,1 на высоком напряжении переменного тока промышленной частоты в диапазоне от 1 до 500 кВ. Настоящий стандарт устанавливает порядок передачи единиц электрической емкости - фарад - и тангенса угла потерь - безразмерная величина - от государственного первичного специального эталона с помощью вторичных эталонов рабочим средствам измерений на высоком напряжении переменного тока промышленной частоты в соответствии с поверочной схемой (приложение А) с указанием погрешностей (неопределенностей) и основных методов поверки (калибровки)
