This standard applies to food supplement malic acid E296, which is a DL-malic acid and is intended for use in the food industry as a food acidity regulator.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на масличные семена, жмыхи и шроты и устанавливает метод спектроскопии в ближней инфракрасной области для одновременного определения следующих показателей качества: - массовой доли жира (в диапазоне измерений от 1 % до 60 %); - массовой доли влаги и летучих веществ (в диапазоне измерений от 1 % до 18 %); - массовой доли протеина (в диапазоне измерений от 5 % до 80 %); - массовой доли клетчатки (в диапазоне измерений от 2 % до 50 %)
