This standard applies to ketchups, which are sauces made from fresh tomatoes or tomato products with added salt, sugar (or sugar substitutes), spices and spicy aromatic plants, with or without added vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, nuts, vegetable oil, food acids , thickeners, stabilizers, dyes, food flavors, flavoring preparations; preservatives (for unsterilized products), intended for sale in the retail network and use in the catering network
