From 01.06.2004. Resolution of the State Standard No. 18 dated April 17, 2004, introduces as the state standard of the Republic of Belarus GOST R 51691-2000 (before the implementation of the STB GOST R 51691). The standard applies to paint materials of the enamel type used for painting various surfaces, with the exception of enamels used for finishing furniture made of wood and wood materials, conservation enamels (group 3 according to GOST 9825) and special-purpose enamels (group 5 according to GOST T 9825)
С 01.06.2004 г. Постановлением Госстандарта № 18 от 17.04.2004 г. вводится в качестве государственного стандарта РБ ГОСТ Р 51691-2000 (до введения в действие СТБ ГОСТ Р 51691). Стандарт распространяется на лакокрасочные материалы вида эмали, применяемые для окрашивания различных поверхностей, за исключением эмалей, применяемых для отделки мебели, изготовленной из древесины и древесных материалов, консервационных эмалей (группа3 по ГОСТ 9825) и эмалей специального назначения (группа 5 по ГОСТТ 9825)
