This standard establishes safety requirements for the design of forging and pressing machines, semi-automatic machines and press machines, to their units and assemblies; extends to designed, manufactured and upgraded machines: cold heading, cutting and thread rolling, hot-stamping, nailing, spring-coiling, sheet-stamping, special forging, for cold forming of balls and rollers special, special bending, chaining, chaining and welding, for the cold forming of balls and rollers special, special bending, chaining, chaining and welding, for cold stamping of balls and rollers complexes of equipment based on them, automation and mechanization means for them. This standard is used in conjunction with GOST 12.2.003, GOST 12.2.017. Safety requirements, depending on the design features of automata or their operating conditions, should be indicated in the technical documentation (technical conditions, operating manual) for specific types of automata.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает требования безопасности к конструкциям кузнечно-прессовых автоматов, полуавтоматов и пресс-автоматов, к их агрегатам и узлам; распространяется на проектируемые, изготовляемые и модернизируемые автоматы: холодно-высадочные, обрезные и резьбонакатные, горячештамповочные, гвоздильные, пружинонавивочные, листоштамповочные, кузнечно-прессовые специальные, для холодной штамповки шариков и роликов специальные, гибочные специальные, цепевязальные, цепесварочные и цепекалибровочные специальные, линии и комплексы оборудования на их базе, средства автоматизации и механизации к ним. Настоящий стандарт применяют совместно с ГОСТ 12.2.003, ГОСТ 12.2.017. Требования безопасности, в зависимости от особенностей конструкции автоматов или условий их эксплуатации, следует указывать в технической документации (технических условиях, руководстве по эксплуатации) на автоматы конкретных видов
