This standard applies to railway power supply facilities, including traction and transformer substations, a contact network, linear traction power supply devices and transmission lines for electricity supply to non-traction consumers, and sets for them a range of reliability and functional safety indicators. This standard is intended for use by rail transport infrastructure owners, developers and manufacturers (suppliers) of railway power supply facilities.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на объекты железнодорожного электроснабжения, включая тяговые и трансформаторные подстанции, контактную сеть, линейные устройства тягового электроснабжения и линии электропередачи для электроснабжения не тяговых потребителей, и устанавливает для них номенклатуру показателей надежности и функциональной безопасности. Настоящий стандарт предназначен для применения владельцами инфраструктуры железнодорожного транспорта, разработчиками и изготовителями (поставщиками) объектов железнодорожного электроснабжения
