The standard establishes a method for determining changes in the size of compacts made from metal powders, powder alloys and powder mixtures, in a direction perpendicular to the pressing force, and in the direction of pressing after the pressure is removed and during sintering. The method consists in determining the size of the molding cavity of the mold, green and sintered compacts made in it, and calculating their algebraic difference. The standard does not apply to powders of hard alloys.
Стандарт устанавливает метод определения изменения размеров прессовок, изготовленных из металлических порошков, порошковых сплавов и порошковых смесей, в направлении, перпендикулярном усилию прессования, и в направлении прессования после снятия давления и во время спекания. Метод заключается в определении размеров формующей полости пресс-формы, неспеченных и спеченных прессовок, изготовленных в ней, и вычислении их алгебраической разности. Стандарт не распространяется на порошки твердых сплавов.
