This standard applies to food products other than milk and dairy products, and establishes methods for identifying and determining the amount of coagulase-positive staphylococci and Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) by sowing: in a liquid selective medium (with pre-enrichment) and on (a) agarized selective-diagnostic environment. It is allowed to use chromogenic media for preliminary detection of the amount of coagulase-positive staphylococci and Staphylococcus aureus in oil and fat products.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на пищевые продукты, кроме молока и молочных продуктов, и устанавливает методы выявления и определения количества коагулазоположительных стафилококков и Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) посевом: в жидкую селективную среду (с предварительным обогащением) и на (в) агаризованные селективно-диагностические среды. Допускается использование хромогенных сред для предварительного выявления количества коагулазоположительных стафилококков и Staphylococcus aureus в масложировой продукции
