Offshore platforms. Rules of Inhabitation. General requirements

This standard establishes the basic requirements for habitability on offshore facilities for the development of oil and gas fields, which include offshore platforms - offshore stationary platforms, floating drilling rigs, offshore floating oil and gas production complexes. The requirements for habitability on offshore platforms are aimed at reducing the risk of harm to personnel and the occurrence of accidents caused by human factors. A long stay on the offshore personnel platforms requires the creation of a favorable production and living environment for it. The requirements of this standard provide a safe living environment for work and rest on offshore platforms. The requirements of this standard apply to the design, construction, refurbishment and operation of offshore platforms.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает основные требования по обитаемости на морских сооружениях для освоения нефтегазовых месторождений, к числу которых относятся морские платформы - морские стационарные платформы, плавучие буровые установки, морские плавучие нефтегазодобывающие комплексы. Требования по обитаемости на морских платформах направлены на снижение риска нанесения вреда персоналу и возникновения аварийных ситуаций, обусловленных человеческим фактором. Длительное пребывание на морских платформах персонала требует создания для него благоприятной производственной и бытовой среды обитания. Требования настоящего стандарта обеспечивают безопасные условия обитания для работы и отдыха на морских платформах. Требования настоящего стандарта распространяются на проектирование, строительство, переоборудование и эксплуатацию морских платформ
