The standard applies to machinery and equipment (hereinafter - machines), which are sources of noise in air. The standard establishes: - requirements for the application of noise characteristics of machines; - control methods stated values; - information that should be included in the regulatory documents, operational and accompanying documentation on the declared noise characteristics.
