Small tractors. General safety requirements

The standard applies to two-axle wheeled and tracked compact tractors, single-axle compact tractors having the main parameters in accordance with GOST 28523 (including maximum speed and rated engine power) and aggregated with mounted, trailed and stationary agricultural machines. The standard establishes the general requirements ensuring the safety of the operator when using tractors and motoblocks for the intended purpose, maintenance, during transportation and installation. The standard does not apply to motor-blocks with a drive of working bodies from an electric motor (electric motor) with power from an external electrical network.
Стандарт распространяется на двухосные колесные и гусеничные малогабаритные тракторы, одноосные малогабаритные тракторы, имеющие основные параметры по ГОСТ 28523 (в том числе максимальную скорость и номинальную мощность двигателя) и агрегатируемые с навесными, прицепными и стационарными сельскохозяйственными машинами. Стандарт устанавливает общие требования, обеспечивающие безопасность труда опреатора при использовании тракторов и мотоблоков по назначению, техническом обслуживании, при транспортировании и монтаже. Стандарт не распространяется на мотоблоки с приводом рабочих органов от электродвигателя (электромотора) с питанием от внешней электросети.
