The standard applies to dried fruit, (finished product), their mixtures, convenience food and fruit desserts and sets the rules for acceptance and test methods: quality packaging and labeling; net mass; mass fraction of components in mixtures of dried fruit; the presence of metallic impurities and pest infestation of grain stocks; the number of fruits in 1 kg, the mass fraction of defective fruits and vegetable impurities; organoleptic indicators; mass fraction of mineral impurities (sand); mass fraction of moisture; mass fraction of sulfurous anhydride. The standard does not apply to products dried by sublimation.

Стандарт распространяется на сушеные фрукты, (готовый продукт), их смеси, полуфабрикат и фруктовые десерты и устанавливает правила приемки и методы испытаний: качества упаковки и маркировки; массы нетто; массовой доли компонентов в смесях сушеных фруктов; наличия металлических примесей и зараженности вредителями хлебных запасов; количество плодов в 1 кг, массовой доли дефектных плодов и растительных примесей; органолептических показателей; массовой доли минеральных примесей (песка); массовой доли влаги; массовой доли сернистого ангидрида. Стандарт не распространяется на продукцию, высушенную методом сублимации.
