The standard establishes the basic requirements for metallic multilayer materials used for the manufacture of thin-walled plain bearings (bushings, bushings, stop rings). Multilayer materials consist of a steel base, a bearing metal layer (pouring, sintering, bonded bonding) and a metal layer obtained by electrolytic deposition. The standard also applies to bimetallic tape consisting of a steel base and antifriction layer of cast bronze.
Стандарт устанавливает основные требования к металлическим многослойным материалам, применяемые для изготовления тонкостенных подшипников скольжения (вкладыши, втулки, упорные кольца). Многослойные материалы состоят из стальной основы, подшипникового металлического слоя (заливка, спекание, соединение на связке) и слоя металла, полученного электролитическим осаждением. Стандарт также распространяется на биметаллическую ленту, состоящую из стальной основы и антифрикционного слоя литой бронзы.
