This standard applies to freshly harvested and supplied grapes of table varieties of the genus Vitis - Vitis L (hereinafter referred to as grapes) and establishes the rules for its long-term storage in containers in pre-cooled refrigerating chambers with a capacity from 50 to 200 tons with adjustable gas medium and general exchange ventilation
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на заготовляемый и поставляемый свежий виноград столовых сортов рода Витис - Vitis L (далее по тексту - виноград) и устанавливает правила его долгосрочного хранения в таре в предварительно охлажденных холодильных камерах вместимостью от 50 до 200 т с регулируемой газовой средой и общеобменной вентиляцией
