The standard establishes the dimensions and tolerances of the plug-in part of pneumatic quick disconnects to ensure their interchangeability, as well as technical requirements, instructions for use and test methods for the plug-in part together with the receiving part. The standard applies to cylindrical quick-release couplings for nominal pressure 1.0; 1.6 and 2.5 MPa used in pneumatic drives. The standard does not apply to quick-disconnect couplings with shut-off valves for welding cutting equipment and related industries.
Стандарт устанавливает размеры и допуски втычной части пневматических быстроразъемных соединений для обеспечения их взаимозаменяемости, а также технические требования, указания по применению и методы испытаний втычной части совместно с приемной частью. Стандарт распространяется на цилиндрические быстроразъемные соединения на номинальные давления 1,0; 1,6 и 2,5 МПа, применяемые в пневматических приводах. Стандарт не распространяется на быстроразъемные соединения с отсечными клапанами для сварочного резального оборудования и смежных производств.
