Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time
The standard applies to pneumatic systems and their components and establishes safety requirements for the intended use of systems and their components. The standard lists the hazards and factors affecting the safe operation of systems and their components. The standard does not apply to gas cylinders and air tanks. The standard is intended for use in the design, manufacture and modernization of systems and their components, namely with: - assembly; - installation; - adjustment; - operation; - maintenance; - repair. The description of the components in this standard is presented to the extent that the safety requirements ensure their safe use and allow to be included in the design of the system during development.

В стандарте перечислены опасности и факторы, влияющие на безопасную эксплуатацию систем и их компонентов. Стандарт не распространяется на газовые баллоны и резервуары с воздухом. Стандарт предназначен для применения при конструировании, изготовлении и модернизации систем и их компонентов, а именно при: - сборке; - монтаже; - наладке; - эксплуатации; - техническом обслуживании; - ремонте. Описание компонентов в настоящем стандарте представлено в том объеме, в котором требования безопасности обеспечивают их безопасное использование и позволяют включить в конструкцию системы при разработке.
