This standard applies to processed meat products of poultry (mechanical poultry meat, minced meat, pies, boneless and chopped semi-finished products, culinary and sausage products, canned minced meat) and establishes a method for determining the mass fraction of calcium using flame atomic absorption spectroscopy bone inclusions and gravimetric methods for determining the mass fraction of bone inclusions and the mass fraction of bone inclusions, the size of which is greater than a given (normalized) s readings
