Status: Effective - Supersedes. The limitation of the effectiveness period has been lifted: Protocol No. 4-93 of the IGU dated 10.21.93 (IUS 4-1994)
The standard applies to dielectric rubber mats, used as an additional protective agent in closed electrical installations with a voltage of over 1000 V, except for particularly damp rooms, and in open electrical installations in dry weather.
