Status: Not effective - Canceled in the Russian Federation
This standard establishes the basic provisions of state supervision and departmental control over the development, production, condition, use and repair of measuring instruments, the activities of departmental metrological services, the implementation and observance of metrological rules, including the rules of metrological support of works performed in all sectors of the economy. The standard does not apply to measuring instruments used in enterprises and organizations of the Ministry of Defense and manufactured according to its orders.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает основные положения государственного надзора и ведомственного контроля за разработкой, производством, состоянием, применением и ремонтом средств измерений, за деятельностью ведомственных метрологических служб, за внедрением и соблюдением метрологических правил, в том числе правил метрологического обеспечения работ, производимых во всех отраслях хозяйства. Стандарт не распространяется на средства измерений, применяемые на предприятиях и в организациях Министерства обороны и изготовляемые по его заказам
