This standard establishes a method for the determination of aflatoxin B1 in grain-based products for feeding infants and young children using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) using an extract purification on an immunoaffinity sorbent and fluorimetric detection. The method was validated by interlaboratory testing of samples contaminated with aflatoxin B1 in a natural and artificial manner in the range of content from 0.07 to 0.18 μg

Настоящий стандарт устанавливает метод определения афлатоксина В1 в продуктах на зерновой основе для питания грудных детей и детей раннего возраста с помощью высокоэффективной жидкостной хроматографии (ВЭЖХ) с применением очистки экстракта на колонке с иммуноаффинным сорбентом и флуориметрическим детектированием. Метод прошел валидацию путем межлабораторных испытаний проб, загрязненных афлатоксином В1 естественным и искусственным образом в диапазоне содержания от 0,07 до 0,18 мкг/кг
