The standard applies to the workplace (RM) of the air traffic control services (ATC) dispatcher, which manages the movement of airplanes at the aerodrome, controls air traffic around the airfield, on routes, off-highway, local air lines as part of modernized and newly created automated and non-automated systems ATC, as well as RM simulators of air traffic controllers. The standard establishes general ergonomic requirements for the elements of the workplace of the air traffic controller, the parameters of the following environmental factors at the workplace: lighting, noise, microclimate
Стандарт распространяется на рабочее место (РМ) диспетчера служб управления воздушным движением (УВД), осуществляющего управление движением самолетов на аэродроме, управление воздушным движением в районе аэродрома, на трассах, вне трасс, местных воздушных линиях в составе модернизируемых и вновь создаваемых автоматизированных и неавтоматизированных систем УВД, а также РМ тренажеров диспетчеров УВД. Стандарт устанавливает общие эргономические требования к элементам рабочего места диспетчера УВД, параметрам следующих факторов внешней среды на рабочем месте: освещению, шуму, микроклимату
