From 01.10.2005, the Resolution of the State Standard No. 29 of June 27, 2005 introduces the state standard of the Republic of Belarus GOST R 51881 (before the implementation of the STB GOST R 51881). The standard applies to natural instant coffee, which is a dried extract of natural roasted coffee, designed for quick preparation of hot and cold coffee drinks, for sale in the commercial network, catering system, industrial processing and other purposes. С 01.10.2005 г. Постановлением Госстандарта № 29 от 27.06.2005 г. вводится в качестве государственного стандарта РБ ГОСТ Р 51881 (до введения в действие СТБ ГОСТ Р 51881). Стандарт распространяется на натуральный растворимый кофе, представляющий собой высушенный экстракт натурального жареного кофе, предназначенный для быстрого приготовления горячих и холодных напитков кофе, для реализации в торговой сети, системе общественного питания, промышленной переработки и других целей. Стандарт распространяееется таакже на декофеинизированный растворимый кофе
