This standard applies to ketchups, which are sauces made from fresh tomatoes or tomato products with the addition of fruit and / or vegetable convenience foods, various flavoring and spicy-aromatic components, thickeners, stabilizers, sugar substitutes, food flavors and dyes, or no preservatives intended for retail sales and use in catering establishments
