This standard applies to vitamin and vitamin-mineral premixes intended for the enrichment of vitamins and minerals wheat bread flour varieties Extra, the highest and the first to increase its nutritional value. The standard contains requirements that ensure the safety of premixes, as well as requirements for the quality and labeling of flour.
