This standard applies to machines, devices and other technical products of all kinds and establishes a description of the mechanism of precipitation and wind, the classification of these external influencing factors and their characteristic averages, as well as the linking of these indicators with the indicators established in the group of standards on the Earth’s climatic ball and with standard test methods. The standard is used in addition to the relevant requirements established in GOST 15150
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на машины, приборы и другие технические изделия всех видов и устанавливает описание механизма возникновения осадков и ветра, классификацию этих внешних воздействующих факторов и их характерные средние значения, а также увязку указанных показателей с показателями, установленными в группе стандартов по статистическим параметрам климатов земного шара и со стандартом методов испытаний. Стандарт используют дополнительно к соответствующим требованиям, установленным в ГОСТ 15150
