This standard establishes general requirements for the means of safe access to machines in accordance with EN 292-2 / A1 and contains recommendations on the correct choice of means of access to machines in cases where the necessary access to the machines is not possible directly from ground level or floor level. This standard applies to all vehicles (stationary or mobile), which must be equipped with stationary means of access. This standard can also be applied to similar means of access (platforms, walkways, stairs) in the part of the building where the machine will be installed, if the main function of this part of the building is to provide access to the machine. This standard also applies to accessors that do not have permanent attachment to the machine, which can be moved, put on the side of it to perform certain operations performed by the machine (for example, tool replacement on a large press). This standard should not be applied to elevators, to mobile lifting platforms and other means specially created for lifting people between two levels. This standard applies to machines manufactured after the date of its introduction.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает общие требования к средствам безопасного доступа к машинам в соответствии с ЕН 292-2/А1 и содержит рекомендации по правильному выбору средств доступа к машинам в тех случаях, когда необходимый доступ к машинам невозможен непосредственно с уровня земли или уровня пола. Настоящий стандарт распространяется на все машины (стационарные или передвижные), которые должны быть оборудованы стационарными средствами доступа. Настоящий стандарт может также применяться к подобным средствам доступа (площадки, мостки, лестницы) в той части здания, где будет установлена машина, если основная функция этой части здания состоит в обеспечении доступа к машине. Настоящий стандарт применим также к средствам доступа, не имеющим постоянного крепления к машине, которые можно передвигать, поставить сбоку от нее для выполнения некоторых операций, производимых машиной (например, замена инструмента на большом прессе). Настоящий стандарт не следует применять к лифтам, к передвижным подъемным платформам и другим средствам, специально созданным для подъема людей между двумя уровнями. Настоящий стандарт применяется к машинам, изготовленным после даты его введения
