This standard establishes the dimensions of the openings for access of the entire human body to the inside of a machine or mechanism. ISO 15534-3 provides the necessary measurements for the human body with free access. Appendix A provides the required specific dimensions of the size with an allowance for freedom of movement. This standard is applicable mainly for a fixed mechanism; special additional requirements may be established for a moving mechanism. The dimensions of the openings are calculated based on the values of the 95th or 99th percentile of the expected set of users. The value of the 99th percentile is usually used for emergency exits. The anthropometric data given in ISO 15534-3 are based on the results of static measurements of naked people and do not take into account the possibility of body movements, the presence of clothing, the use of equipment and the operating conditions of the machine or the environment. This standard describes how to account for the above additional factors by increasing the anthropometric data by suitable allowances. Dangerous situations for people that need to be prevented are specifically addressed in ISO 13852.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает размеры проемов для доступа всего тела человека внутрь машины или механизма. В ИСО 15534-3 приведены необходимые измерения человеческого тела с учетом свободного доступа. В приложении А приведены требуемые конкретные значения размеров с припуском для свободы перемещения. Настоящий стандарт применим, в основном, для неподвижного механизма, для подвижного механизма могут быть установлены особые дополнительные требования. Размеры проемов рассчитаны исходя из значений 95-й или 99-й процентилей от ожидаемой совокупности пользователей. Значение 99-й процентили обычно используют для путей аварийного выхода. Антропометрические данные, приведенные в ИСО 15534-3, основаны на результатах статических измерений обнаженных людей и не учитывают возможность телодвижений, наличия одежды, использования оборудования и условия эксплуатации машины или условия окружающей среды. В настоящем стандарте приведены способы учета вышеназванных дополнительных факторов путем увеличения антропометрических данных на подходящие припуски.
