This standard applies to dairy products for baby food, enriched with vitamin E (tocopherol), and establishes a colorimetric method for measuring the mass fraction of vitamin E. The method is based on the reaction of reduction tocopherols of ferric iron into a bivalent to form a colored complex of ferrous iron with orthophenanthroline (bathofenanthroline or alpha, alpha dipyridyl)
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на молочные продукты для детского питания, обогащенные витамином Е (токоферолом), и устанавливает колориметрический метод измерения массовой доли витамина Е. Метод основан на реакции восстановления токоферолами трехвалентного железа в двухвалентное с образованием окрашенного комплекса двухвалентного железа с ортофенантролином (батофенантролином или альфа, альфа -дипиридилом)
