The standard applies to: newly manufactured and overhauled diesel engines of tractors and self-propelled agricultural machines at repair shops; agricultural, industrial, forestry and forestry diesel tractors, including those used as a base for road-building machines and machines used in municipal and forestry, as well as tractor-driven diesel chassis self-propelled agricultural diesel vehicles; tractors and machinery in operation, designed for work or operating under conditions of unlimited and limited air exchange, and establishes norms and methods for determining the opacity of the exhaust gases. The standard does not apply to small tractors, other mobile means of small-scale mechanization of agricultural work and diesel engines to them.
Стандарт распространяется на: вновь изготовленные и капитально отремонтированные на ремонтных предприятиях дизели тракторов исамоходных сельскохозяйственных машин; сельскохозяйственные, промышленные, лесопромышленные и лесохозяйственные дизельные тракторы, в том числе используемые в качестве базы для строительно-дорожных машин и машин, применяемых в коммунальном и лесном хозяйстве, а также тракторные самоходные дизельные шасси; самоходные сельскохозяйственные дизельные машины; находящиеся в эксплуатации тракторы и машины, предназначенные для работы или работающие в условиях неограниченного и ограниченного воздухообмена, - и устанавливает нормы и методы определения дымности отработавших газов. Стандарт не распространяется на малогабаритные тракторы, другие мобильные средства малой механизации сельскохозяйственных работ и дизели к ним.
