This standard establishes the method of high-performance liquid chromatography with reversed phase, with purification on an immunoaffine column and post-column derivatization, for the determination of aflatoxins in cereals, nuts and processed products. The limit of quantitative determination of aflatoxin B1 and the amount of aflatoxins B1, B2, G1 and G2 is 8 μg

Настоящий стандарт устанавливает метод высокоэффективной жидкостной хроматографии с обращенной фазой, с очисткой на иммуноафинной колонке и послеколоночной дериватизацией, для определения афлатоксинов в зерновых культурах, орехах и продуктах их переработки. Предел количественного определения афлатоксина B1 и суммы афлатоксинов B1, B2, G1 и G2 - 8 мкг/кг. Данный метод применим в отношении кукурузы с содержанием 24,5 мкг/кг, арахисового масла с содержанием 8,4 мкг/кг и сырых арахисовых орехов с содержанием 16 мкг/кг общей суммы афлатоксинов. Метод допускается использовать для масличных культур, сушеных фруктов и продуктов их переработки
