Honey. Methods for determination of sugar

The standard applies to furniture intended for equipping the premises of general education and vocational schools, specialized secondary and higher educational institutions, produced by enterprises (organizations) of any form of ownership, as well as individual manufacturers. The standard does not apply to built-in furniture.
Стандарт распространяется на мед и устанавливает методы определения сахаров: 1) метод определения массовой доли редуцирующих сахаров и массовой доли сахарозы (в пересчете на безводное вещество) с помощью колориметра в диапазонах измерений от 70,00 % до 96,00 % и от 1,00 % до 26,00 % соответственно; 2) метод определения массовой доли сахаров с применением высокоэффективной жидкостной хроматографии (ВЭЖХ) в следующих диапазонах измерений: - фруктозы от 30,00 % до 43,00 %; - глюкозы от 22,00 % до 40,00 %; - сахарозы от 0,10 % до 8,00 %; - туранозы от 0,50 % до 3,00 %; - мальтозы от 0,50 % до 5,00 %; - трегалозы от 0,50 % до 2,50 %; - арабинозы от 0,50 % до 2,50 %; - раффинозы от 0,50 % до 2,50 %; - мелецитозы от 0,50 % до 40,00 %; - мелибиозы от 0,50 % до 2,50 %. Требования к контролируемому показателю установлены в ГОСТ 19792, ГОСТ 31766.
