Milk products. Methods for sugar determination
Молочные продукты. Методы определения сахара
Status: Not effective - Canceled in the Russian Federation
The standard applies to dairy and milk-containing products and establishes iodometric, Bertrand, accelerated ferricyanide and polarimetric methods for determining sugar (sucrose), total sugar (sucrose, lactose, glucose and fructose) in terms of invert sugar. The standard does not apply to the definition of sugar in canned milk.
Стандарт распространяется на молочные и молокосодержащие продукты и устанавливает йодометрический, Бертрана, ускоренный феррицианидный и поляриметрический методы определения сахара (сахарозы), общего сахара (сахарозы, лактозы, глюкозы и фруктозы) в пересчете на инвертный сахар. Стандарт не распространяется на определение сахара в молочных консервах.
