State system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements. Reference materials of composition of solid and disperse materials. Ways of homogeneity assessment
Status: Effective
The standard applies to standard samples (CO) of the composition of monolithic materials for spectral analysis and on the composition of dispersed materials and establishes the order of the experiments and the algorithm for processing the results when evaluating the characteristics of homogeneity in the process of certification of CO.
