This standard establishes the criteria for the effectiveness of methods for determining trace elements in food products and contains general provisions and special requirements for the preparation of samples, instruments, equipment and reagents for the determination of trace elements. When choosing a method of definition for a given matrix (a specific food product), the method regulated by a special standard for this product is preferable than the method applicable to all food products. At the same time, the analyst’s task is to update information on the relevant special standards currently in force.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает критерии эффективности методик определения следовых элементов в пищевых продуктах и содержит общие положения и специальные требования к подготовке проб, приборам, оборудованию и реактивам для определения следовых элементов. При выборе методики определения для данной матрицы (конкретного пищевого продукта) более предпочтительна методика, регламентированная специальным стандартом для данного продукта, чем методика, распространяющаяся на все пищевые продукты. При этом в задачи аналитика входит актуализация информации о действующих на текущий момент соответствующих специальных стандартах
