This standard applies to the limitation of voltage fluctuations and flicker and applies to electrical, electronic and electronic equipment (hardware - TS) with a rated current consumption of more than 16 A (in one phase), designed to be connected to low-voltage electrical networks of public utility distribution systems voltage phase - neutral 220 V. This standard establishes the norms of voltage fluctuations that can be created by the vehicle in the electrical network When tested in regulated conditions prescribed in IEC 51317.3.3. This standard also establishes the amount of information required by the electricity supplier, manufacturer or consumer to evaluate the vehicle, which is the source of voltage fluctuations in the electrical network
Настоящий стандарт применяется при ограничении колебаний напряжения и фликера и распространяется на электротехническое, электронное и радиоэлектронное оборудование (технические средства - ТС) с номинальным потребляемым током более 16 А (в одной фазе), предназначенное для подключения к низковольтным электрическим сетям распределительных систем электроснабжения общего назначения номинальным напряжением фаза - нейтраль 220 В. Настоящий стандарт устанавливает нормы колебаний напряжения, которые могут быть созданы ТС в электрической сети при испытаниях в регламентированных условиях, установленных в ГОСТ Р 51317.3.3. Настоящий стандарт устанавливает также объем сведений, необходимых поставщику электрической энергии, изготовителю или потребителю для оценки ТС, являющегося источником колебаний напряжения в электрической сети
