This standard applies to glass jars used in the fish industry for packing canned food, preserves, caviar, as well as fish products for baby food. The standard establishes the basic parameters and dimensions of cans, technical quality requirements, acceptance rules, quality control methods, requirements for packaging, labeling, transportation, storage and operating conditions.
