This standard applies to food concentrates - protein composite dry mixes, which are powdered blends with a protein content from 40% to 75%, consisting of milk proteins (casein and / or whey proteins) or soy protein isolate, or a mixture of milk proteins ( casein and / or whey protein proteins) and soy protein isolate with or without the addition of one, several, or all of the following ingredients: maltodextrin, polyunsaturated fatty acid concentrate lecithin, medium chain triglycers Aridides, dietary fiber, vitamins, minerals, flavors, probiotics and prebiotics
