The standard applies to meat and meat-containing products (sausages, meat products, semi-finished products, culinary products, canned goods) and establishes gravimetric and photometric methods for determining the total phosphorus content.
Стандарт распространяется на мясные и мясосодержащие продукты (колбасные изделия, продукты из мяса, полуфабрикаты, кулинарные изделия, консервы) и устанавливает гравиметрический и фотометрический методы определения содержания общего фосфора.
