This standard applies to food products and food raw materials, including baby food products, with the exception of alcoholic beverages and dietary supplements, and establishes a stripping voltammetric method for determining the mass concentration of arsenic in them.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на пищевые продукты и продовольственное сырье, включая продукты детского питания, за исключением алкогольных напитков и биологически активных добавок к пище, и устанавливает инверсионно-вольтамперометрический метод определения в них массовой концентрации мышьяка
