This standard applies to juices and juices, including juices and juices for baby food, including fruit and vegetable juices, nectars, fruit drinks and juice drinks, fruit and vegetable purees, as well as concentrated fruit and vegetable juices, concentrated fruit drinks, concentrated fruit and vegetable purees and establishes a method for the enzymatic determination of the mass concentration of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) in the form of an acid or its salt. The range of determination of the mass concentration of ascorbic acid is from 0.0003 to 0.2 g / dm cu. inclusive
